As this blog is about cars, this article will somehow find place in it. We all know that.
It was a couple of days ago when I finished watching Fast And Furious 1-6 (long live the torrent.) What troubled me was that I could not relate Tokyo drift with the rest of the movies. I Googled this question and browsed and browsed and browsed.
Some of them said it was just to introduce Han, while others argued it was chronological order mismatch. The latter one suited me.
I thought of re watching the Sixth part as they might have left some clue. The movie seemed no different . The movie started. I waited. Hobbs came. I waited. Giselle died. I waited. The credits came. I waited.
And then came the much awaited moment. It was a replay of death scene of Han from Tokyo Drift. But it was different . In this Jason Statham came and he was the fellow who collided his Mercedes with Han's RX7. He gets to crashed RX7 and threw the locket which Toretto gave Letty.
Then Jason calls Toretto and says:
" Dominic Toretto. You don't know me, but you're about to."
I sat confused for few minutes and then started to figure it out. So here's what I think should be the story in Fast Seven.
This time Jason Statham will be the villain and he is supposed to be the brother of Shaw (as his name is Ian Shaw in the movie.) looking for revenge.
As Shaw and Braga worked together, Jason seems to seek revenge for all the villains. He is super villain.
A major question arrives that when Han was a millionaire, why was he working for D.K. ?
Expect to see the answer in this movie. The movie is expected to be set up in Tokyo (Eventually) while there are clips on YouTube showing direction in Abu Dhabi. It seems that Toretto came Tokyo to meet Statham.
That's all we can guess.
All our awaited questions will be answered on April 9, 2015(that depends on whether you see the premiere!)
